I’m a production and post production specialist with over 20 years’ experience working across film and television. My career has taken me from hands on technical and creative roles through to senior leadership, giving me a practical, end to end understanding of how projects move from early planning through post, delivery, and long-term archive.

Across my career i've worked at a number of large and small post houses, recently holding the position of Director of Post Production at Molinare where I oversaw all operational, production, support and creative teams across Picture and Audio. I covered both scripted and unscripted projects ensuring they ran successfully as well as working with front end teams crafting bespoke workflows for continuity from set to post. 

I’ve worked on major Feature Films, long running TV Series, and a wide range of short and long form projects. Along the way, I’ve built and run post production facilities, designed workflows and infrastructure, led specialist teams, and delivered content to broadcasters, streamers and distributors around the world. I’m as comfortable in the detail as I am helping shape the bigger picture.

I tend to get involved wherever I’m most useful, whether that’s untangling a workflow, supporting production teams through post, delivery requirements, or helping teams work more clearly and confidently. 

I enjoy solving problems, keeping things calm under pressure, and making sure projects get finished properly, minus the drama.
